"I have had just a couple of weeks of Shashi's online yoga classes. Shashi is very attentive. Patiently and frequently reminds us to correct our posture. Not sure how she does it, but manages to pay attention and correct every student. At the same time she also encourages us to do more. "during this lockdown we cannot go out..and I thought this is the best opportunity to give some time to yourself and put on weight ...and I started yoga with Shashi.. when I joined yoga I was 37kgs and soon after joining one month my weight was 41kgs...after that I was affected with corona and then I am doing yoga on and off ..after doing on and off yoga classes i still feel the change in my body..my body was very stiff though I was slim..now my body has become little flexible by doing yoga...It has also helped my with posture correction.. something I have been trying for a long time.. Though it's online she makes sure that we don't do anything wrong which effects or harm our body..i don't think I can accept anyone else as my yoga teacher other than Shashi..she is just best."
" Shashi is my very dear friend and I know her since years. She has always been an all rounder. I have seen her evolving day by day in this Yoga journey. How within such a short span she has mastered Yoga to perfection. I was always a silent admirer to her and used to get amazed seeing her progress and perfection. I being a sportsperson during my school days, now was super busy with my life as a working woman and mother. I dropped a message to Shashi and asked her whether I can also learn Yoga. " It's been more than 3 months since I joined these yoga sessions and my experience is very good till now. Shashi di is the best instructor you can ask for. What I really like about her is that inspite of having so many students, she always focus on poses postures line length of each and every student. In the start, you will get lot of scolding😛 but by the time you will understand that is only for bringing out the best from you by pushing you. Also there is no very business feel you will get here. If you will tell her your problem or anything she will help you related to your body and mind. This yoga session is highly recommended. YOGA SE HOGA.. 🙂 "

"Yoga with Shashi has been such an encouraging ride. The kind of teacher I was looking for from quite some time. Though I wasn't keen on learning it online, but I have to say that I fell in love with her style of teaching in just two classes. Never a moment I felt I required a physical class. Best part about her - she makes you do asanas you think you could never do, at ease. She gauges you, and curate her classes according to individual body typs/needs. "I took yoga classes earlier as well…. But I don’t think in any of the previous classes I attended, I was made aware of the kind of detailings regarding each posture that Shashi provides…..am really amazed to see how her eyes catches any minute mistake done by any of the student even in group classes ….this proves how much attention she gives to each individual in the class….am so glad to find Shashi and learn from her 😊😊😊.looking forward for a more fitter and stronger version of myself in the “yog yatra with Shashi"
