Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient system of Yoga. Ashtanga yoga literally means “eight-limbed yoga,” as outlined by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.
According to Patanjali, the path of internal purification for revealing the Universal Self consists of the following eight spiritual practices:
In Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class, poses flow one into another as synchronized by deep rhythmic breath.
Aerial yoga or Trapeze yoga is just like any other form of yoga but utilises a hammock/trapeze or yoga swing (suspended from the ceiling) to allow you to perform a diverse range of poses you can’t normally do on a traditional yoga mat.
This trapeze yoga class is very safe, you stay at waist height, and perform safe poses, and never swing

Though Yoga is better known for its Flexibility, but its fierce, powerful, vigorous side is just as important. Some people come to yoga class already quite strong; they usually need to work on their flexibility. The inverse is also true; anyone who is naturally flexible needs to compliment their bendiness with strength and stability to minimize the chances of injury. It has been explained in the Niyama of Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga) that one has to do the practice of saucha/sauca. The saucha is the other name of yogic kriyas
Kriyas are cleansing techniques used to purify the body and mind which ultimately open the pathways of the body, the nadis, the energy body, the mind, and the heart. Kriyas are more popularly called Shat Karmas.

In my Yoga Class, you can never hide from my eyes, I will always make sure that you are not doing anything wrong, and will motivate you to achieve the impossible looking things.
My Yoga Class is not just Yoga sessions, but its a journey (starting from Beginner level and reaching the Advance level and there on). I will make you learn Asanas of all levels, I will track your progress, and will motivate you to rise above your current level. If you give me time and dedication, I will make sure that you will perform asanas that you can't imagine yourself performing now.
